Handan Trendy Boot and Textile Co.,Ltd, is a Vulcanized Rubber Boot Factory, with a registered capital of 6.54 million US dollars, is located at No. 27, West of the North Section of East Ring Road, Quzhou County, Handan City, Hebei Province. It covers an area of 20,000 square meters and currently has 260 employees.
Company was founded in 1958. Its predecessor was the Quzhou County Rubber boot Factory. During planned economy period, we produced black harvest rubber boots for farmers.
From 1988 to 1992, we became a joint factory together with Tianjin Rubber Boot Factory and produced rubber boots for top Chinese rubber boot brand "Lighthouse".
In 1996, we are the first in China to develop colorful rubber boots. before that Chinese domestic rubber boot products were nearly all black.
In 1999, we began to export fashion rain boots to oversea markets, having production in plenty of models.
Company currently has 6 welly boot production lines, with a daily capacity of 5,000 pair of wellies. We own 2 internal rubber mixers, 13 mill mixers, 4 vulcanizers and 2 air compressors with a 10m³ volume each. Laboratory is equipped with physical testing instruments for rubber boots such as vulcanization rheometer, tensile tester and flexing tester.
Our factory has obtained ISO 9001 Quality System Certification and BSCI Social Responsibility Certification.
Our products meet REACH environmental protection standards and have GRS Recycled Certification. Our safety boot products meet CE 20345 standard.
Company mainly produces natural rubber vulcanized rain boots, including high-end fashion boots, kids rain boots, high-voltage isolate and fire-fighter safety boots, as well as outdoor waterproof boots. All rain boots produced are 100% waterproof and feature durability, abrasion resistance, anti-slip properties and warmth retention.
